Vote NO on HB 303 1. Parents choose where to live and where to send their children to go to school because different areas, different schools reflect a different set of values. 2. "Neutral" in Salt Lake City is very different from "neutral" in Panguitch. 3. The vagueness in HB 303's definition of neutrality will inevitably chill teachers' creativity and ability to meet students where they are. 4. Let school districts and charter schools manage this. 5. HB 303 is the OPPOSITE of local control. Please vote NO on HB 303.
