M.S., Executive Director
I have been at George Washington Academy since the beginning and know how difficult it can be developing a quality school in the early years. I hope that by being a mentor with UAPCS I can help others through the process. GWA has been in existence for nine years now, and I still truly believe in our school's mission and vision of academic rigor and high expectations. Our curriculum, combined with devoted teachers and incredibly supportive families, is enabling students to reach their highest potential. I am so proud of how far we have come with our school vision, particularly in becoming the only fully accredited elementary school in Washington County and in earning the title of ‘Charter School of the Year’ 2013. I have been married to my husband, Alex, for 18 years, and we have three wonderful children; Sage, Skyler, and Alexa Rose, all of whom have attended GWA. Feel free to contact me any time at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions, comments, or concerns.
